Good grading, but communication could improve
I used The Pattern Atelier for digital pattern grading on a dress pattern I designed. The grading itself was accurate and the files were delivered as promised. It took about 7 days, which was fine. My only small gripe is that updates were a bit slow at times. I had to follow up once to check on the status. Overall, a solid service, but a bit more proactive communication would make it perfect.
